Education Programs

Adult Education

The adults attend evening classes and special talks after Sunday Divine Liturgy during the year.


Senior High School Students: Senior Byzan-Teens

Twice monthly senior high school students meet to discuss the word of God and living as a Christian in the world today. They continue to study the byzantine catholic divine liturgy and other issues facing youth today.

 

Junior High School Students

Junior high students meet every Sunday from September through May to discuss scripture and study the Byzantine Catholic faith. They also learn to volunteer in their church and community.

 

K-6 God Is With Us

K-6 grade school meets every Sunday from September to May. they taught the Byzantine Catholic faith. Children learn the scriptures, God's commandments, Byzantine prayers, and the teachings of the church. The children are introduced to the important persons of the bible, the saints and martyrs of the church. Children spend time making arts and crafts in association with their lesson of the week.

 

Trips and Parties

There is time for fun. Church trips to local attractions for skating, bowling, and swimming which are sponsored by the Greek Catholic Union and the church. The young participate in the many celebrations, dinners, plays, and parties during the year.
